12 South

The 12 South neighborhood is characterized by its sidewalk-lined streets with beautiful 1920s bungalows and craftsman-style homes. This district is aptly named for its proximity to the half-mile stretch of 12th Avenue South where some of Nashville’s best dining, shopping, and lifestyle options can be found. 12 South is flanked by Belmont on the east and Sevier Park to the west, where weekly farmers markets and pop ups are held make this neighborhood a community in and of itself. Mafiaoza’s Pizzeria, Taqueria del Sol, Epice, Frothy Monkey, Urban Grub, and Burger Up are a few of the pioneering restaurants that made 12 South what it is today.
