Germantown

Germantown continues to be Nashville’s quintessential industrial residential neighborhood with its iconic repurposed factory facades of late 19th and early 20th century buildings. Redevelopment throughout this neighborhood continues but carefully recognizing the importance of responsible preservation and creative reuse of space with an eye towards community. It will continue to be the neighborhood to watch with its close proximity to downtown and the recently announced Oracle campus developments just across the river – not to mention the influx of the creative culinary class of restaurants (think Ford Fry, Tandy Wilson) and modern shops to walk to in every direction.
