Cherokee Park/Sylvan Park

These two very distinct neighborhoods each have their own unique personality but are connected by Cherokee Drive, which runs from West End to Charlotte Avenue. Cherokee Park is known for its larger lots (.4 to .5 acres) with predominantly Tudor-style homes with large mature trees and conservation overlay to help preserve the neighborhood charm. Sylvan Park is just under the bridge surrounding McCabe public golf course with charming old and new cottage styled homes. Sylvan Park’s small but vibrant restaurant scene includes the famed Caffe Nonna, Star Bagel, Park Cafe, McCabe’s Pub, Neighbors, Pancho & Lefty’s, Edley’s BBQ, Answer ,and Lola’s, essentially covering whatever local cuisine your heart desires in a half-mile stretch.
